Bulk Uploading/Moving Documents Table with Files attached

I've been searching for ways to bulk upload document files to a documents table\, and/or move a documents table from one app to another and have the files move with the records, but so far only see third party tool options. Has anyone else come up with a simpler way to do this?

    Unfortunately, the 3rd party apps are probably going to be the only practical solution. If you can provide a bit more context about what your ultimate goal / reason for moving these is, it's possible we could point you toward a better solution.
