Can I add pictures in the mobile version without saving the form and reopening it?

We do service reviews and often need to add pictures to the write up.  In the desk top version, the "Add Picture" button shows up on the original form.  On the mobile version, the form must be saved and then reopened in order to get the "Add Picture" button to show.  Is it possible to add a picture in fewer steps in the mobile version?
