Can I create a filed/report to show the size of attachments?

Hi there,&nbsp;As my quickbase attachments space is reaching the storage limit, I hope to check all my documents by size and start to remove the largest files. I can sort all documents by the date, by name, or by other fields. However, I was wondering can I create a field to show the size of the files? Like, we can sort emails by attachment size and delete those largest.&nbsp;Thank you.&nbsp;------------------------------Ning W------------------------------

Mark, Thank you very much! I will make a post on user invoice page. It would be very convenient if quickbase can add this feature. The current file attachment size only shows the total storage size of a app. It doesn't help a lot when trying to manage all files.

Ning, As you have discovered, under App Management there is a tool to list all file attachments by size. That's so far no one on this forum has figured out a way to show the file attachment size as a field on a record. I agree that would be very convenient.

Note that there is a tool in app management to "Manage File Attachments". It provides the total file attachment space in each table and drilling down, it will sort the records by largest attachment first.
