Create documents and print

I use to have an add on called exact forms and now Qbase bought the company, and the only way to access it is by upgrading QBase to higher package then we have which is thousands of dollars more plus the add on. 

There must be a different way to be able to have a template and print. another provider for an add on perhaps. I could even take the template and put it to excel instead of word. 

Does anyone have ideas?

    Give Desta Tech's WEP Forms a try. You can get Word, Excel, or PDF output. We have used it for lots of clients with great results. https://destatechs.com/wep-forms

    Hey Roxanne, 
    Is it possible that you're remembering Exact Forms? Quickbase once had a document template we called Exact Forms and then Juiced (when it was independent of QB) made it's own fuller featured version called "Exact Forms Plus" which was always at an additional cost? We retired our Exact Forms when we released Doc Gen. Maybe this is what you need?

    You are correct we were with Exact Forms plus with Juicy Tech. Which has now been bought by QB.  However to get this with QB I talked to our account executive and we don't have the right account with QB and it would be a complete Upgrade for thousands of dollars plus the add of over 3 K  - So I am looking at whether something else might work,  

    We print 1000's of coupons for clients every month - we currently do it in an excel spreadsheet - onto a template that we get printed from a print shop- which is double the entries and more mistakes. 

     

    I will take a look at Doc Gen - thanks

    Yes but our platform is called team and you need either enterprise or business to have this feature now.
