Can you explain your use case. So you have a Table report with records on it. Can you explain what ABC is and what XYZ is? I have to understand from your use case if an arithmetic average is OK or does this need to be a weighed average.
Also can XYZ be zero?

I have a Table that contains checkboxes of construction issues, things like permits, access, etc. I then have fields that have a number of HP in them if the box is checked. That allows me to see how many HP are affected by the various issues.
I am trying to put a report formula together to calculate the percent to total for permit issues, access issues etc.
