Can (QB) automatically create an issue or notification when a regularly recurring service is due, helping us manage our tasks more efficiently and make sure we don't miss any important deadlines?

Is it possible for (QB) to automatically generate an issue when a recurring service's scheduled date arrives?

  • You would use Pipelines for such a thing. In this case, you would have a daily scheduled Pipeline that queries for scheduled dates that are 'today' and on that day create a new issue for your team to review and work/schedule etc.
