Can we pass two values in text box while filtering data?

The best way to do this is to simply hover beside the report filter line and add a new line and set it to be where "any" are true.

You can also separate terms with OR  in upper case but its a clearer practise, I feel to have a separate line as a report filter.

Which means the filter shown in the picture is not possible.

You can require that filter like

Not Started OR Cancelled

as Quick Base will not recognize that string as an OR comparison.  It will treat it as one link string.

Are you using the Dynamic Filters feature of Reports.  Just configure your report and select up to 5 fields to be Dynamic Filters.

I want a dashboard with 7-8 reports and multiple filters. So by applying a filter, all reports change dynamically.  

I know it is easy to add dynamic filters in reports but the task is to have multiple filters in Dashboard.
