Can you duplicate the ""Results Pages: < 1 2 3 > to the top of a report in addition to the standard bottom of the page?

Is there a way to have the "Results Pages: < 1 2 3 > displayed at the top of a report in addition to the bottom of a report?  It's inconvenient for the user to have to scroll to the very bottom of a l...

This is very easy to do using the IOL technique. Here is a screenshot of me manually applying to the script from the console the the full script you can use with the IOL technique:

I should mention that this is the precise way I develop solutions - first work in the console and then implement the script with a code page and an image onload formula field.
