Can you make an automation that, every time a new user is added, created a new records on an "Employees" table?

Question

I can't see any User-based triggers on Pipelines or Automations.

Context:
I have a Tasks assignment setup with an Tasks & an Employees table.
All my users are employees.
I'd like to not have to manually create an "Employee" every time I add a User.

There is a native option to create a Connected Sync table where the source is your list of users in your realm

You could set up a Traeger from the connected sync table so when the sync record gets created to create a new employee record.
