Can you reorder Form Rules in the new Forms Designer?

Question

It's easy to move rules up/down the rule number chain using the old forms.&nbsp; For the life of me, I can't figure out how to do it using the new forms.&nbsp; Probably something simple that I am overlooking.
Also, does anybody know what the 6 little dots are next to the rule #?&nbsp;&nbsp; I hover over it and/or click and nothing happens.

Aaron, that widget lets you drag the rule around to re-order your rules.Alex

Thanks a bunch. I swore I had done it in the past and it was something simple.&nbsp; For some reason my brain was hooked on double clicking those 6 little buttons to move it instead of just grabbing and dragging.
