Hmm that does seem that you are stuck in some kind of loop with your sign up. I would suggest creating a support case like I mentioned after you are sure you have signed out, closed your browser, and signed back in just to clear out your current session. Then you and the support rep can work together to take a look at what might be going on with your trial account and credentials.
