Cant See Associated Records

    I had joined the live office hours session and got clarity, used any existing report, so i used list all and it worked fine. Thanks Don. Thanks Sam.

Since you are not seeing the data from Table 3 in your existing form that is where you should build the report.   I would call it Embedded for Table One

Then on the Form for Table One, you reference that report as in the screen capture above.
