If you like I can help you slowly here. There are a few steps.
The first is to create a saved table to table import to merge the records in a table into itself based on a Record ID and map a formula field of the same type as the field to be cleared with a formula of blank into the field to be cleared. When you run that import it will blank out the field.
I will then post back separately as how to make use of that in a button.
