Change color of file attachment link after download.

Are you able to change the actual file attachment link colors after its been downloaded ? Ex. When you have a long list of attachments  (see image) - once you click on the doc link , if the color would change so that you can see where you've been (like google searches). So in the example below change from blue to purple?
