Change color of predecessor ID# based on being past planned end date.

I have many projects to complete a overall outcome and review project progress in a project report that shows status of individual activities. In each row, I show the predecessor ID# in one column and the successor ID#, descriptions, etc. in following columns. Some of the activities have predecessors. How can I change the color of the predecessor ID# based on a status or date (past due)?
