If you build this in a pipeline instead of the webhook function, you can use jinja to format the date in the request.

This looks very similar to TWIG.

They're going to retire webhooks as they currently exist, so building it as a pipeline is the way to go anyway.

They are proposing end of sale for Web hooks which means you will be not able to create new ones. The existing ones will still run.
