Thanks. I am going back and forth now with support and they are trying to sort it out. Turns out, I can't (even with my original email) do anything to my connections. I can't even simply change the name. They are looking into why not.

- JimHarrison3 years agoQrew ChampionHave them check the external auth id. They usually update the email address but skip the external auth id, which can be problematic.

You may have to re-create the connections. I don't recall being able to take over a Connection created by another User.
Make sure your new email login has Realm Admin permissions and create a new test connection, see what happens.
