I have a form where a requester enters the information in a form using steps. After submission an approver will approve the request in the same form (pipelines are used to push the approval info to the approval table). I don't want the approvers to see the steps when they edit the form. Is there a way to changed the view from steps to tabs in edit mode based on role?

The only way I can think out would be to duplicate the form and use a different version in edit mode. But it would mean that you now have two forms to keep in sync if you make changes. Once you have multiple forms, the forms usage tab gives you control over which Roles use which forms for view and for edit, separately.
Thanks Mark, I suspected as much but was hoping for the best. I've already tried the second form option and it's too much work to keep them in sync.
