Changing the Order of my Input Data

Hi, I have just made a conditional dropdown menu but the order of the entries is off. I am trying to rearrange the fields of the table but it doesn't seem to allow me to do that. 

Here is what mine looks like now. I would like my "Related Project" field to be at the very top followed by the "Related Array" field. How do I go about doing this? Thank you for any help!

    You should be able to click "customize this form" at the top right of the page and change the order / grouping, etc., of the form.
