Changing the range on the y axis

Is it possible to adjust the values on the y axis of a bar chart. I want to make the minimum value more than 0 and the max less then 120

    Not natively to my knowledge. They will auto set and the ticks will generate the best guess based on the underlying data ranges. 

    If you have the ability to integrate with PowerBI - that is always a good option since it easily connects and you can control all the other aspects that aren't supported in Quickbase.
