Changing the ""to whom""field within notifications and reminders?

only my email is displayed. something within my settings preventing it?

looking for the reminders portion, not the notifications one, my apologies.

Ahh in that case you'll have to create a user field. Then just set the person you want to be the default. Then you can choose that field as the recipient.

could you walk me through that? I believe i know what you mean, just want to be sure

Create a new user field (right click after a field on your form and choose add a field after this one)
Scroll down and choose new field, chose a name and change type to user



Then you must select specific user and choose the user you want. This only works if the user is registered with your app.
