There is the kicker then. How do I add a second value to the Y axis? I don't see that as an option anywhere.

It' hard to send a screenshot - but in the section for the y-axis you will pick the first value you want - then hover over that it or somewhere right around it and there should be a green + button that appears to add a new row.
