Clearing data from multiple fields while adding a record

Essentially looking for a way to basically start over on a form while adding a record without having to cancel the add and re-click add record.

For instance, if a user had entered several fields of data on a long form and realised they were reading the info from the wrong source. I would like for the user to be able to ideally click a button and clear the data out so they can start fresh.
