Closed Not Needed entries are appearing on my Home page

A week ago, I started seeing Closed Not Needed entries on my Home page. I don't need nor want these entries on my Home page. How do I get rid of them? If I wish to see a  Closed Not Needed entry, I can look for them individually or run a report to pull all of them.

    This is something that you will need to discuss internally at your company for whoever built your app.  It sounds like you have a report on your Dashboard and the filter for that report has been changed or a different report was put on your dashboard.
