Connect Table emails to identify users

Question

Hello,I have a table that pulls in persons name and email. I need to identify these emails with the system users for notifications. However I don not know where to begin. Can someone please advise?------------------------------Jessica Vierra------------------------------

Are you just trying to sent out a Notification to those email addresses? If you so you can make a Notification of Type Open and send an email to anyone, even if they are not a User.

The process is as follows:

User fills in form and based on project, a key person (not user) is identified in form through pre-population from the table.
At a certain status a notification needs to go to the key person (who is a user of the system but not the user creating the form).

I am looking for a way for the email being brought in on the table to identify a matching-system user to send notification to.------------------------------Jessica Vierra------------------------------
