If they're all text - you should be able to just do
[Supervisor First Name] & "." & [Supervisor Last Name] & "@domain.com"
You could probably add a catch too and do a quick Trim() to clear any white space for good measure
Trim([Supervisor First Name]) & "." & Trim([Supervisor Last Name]) & "@domain.com"
