Copy Automation: Not capturing the field value
I have a Copy automation setup to copy a Parent record and all of its associated child records.
The parent and associated child records already exist prior to the automation starting.
I have the automation filtered for the correct record and all of the fields are coming over except one.
The field is labeled "Calendar Start Time" and is a Time of Day type.
Even though I have it set up in the automation exactly like all of the other fields, nothing is being copied over.
The new record where the copied data is being inserted, shows that field as blank.
I have a similar automation setup but just to copy the child record and everyone copies over just fine, no issues there.
So why does the issue exist when I am copying the parent record together with the child record(s)?
I cannot figure out why it isn't working.
The only thought that comes to mind is that the field used to be a different type until I changed it.
I have had issues in the past where automations don't work properly with converted fields and the only way around it is to create a new field of the correct type from the start.
