Copy Form from one app to another app with identical table and field structure

Is it possible to copy a FORM from app to another app that has identical table and field structure?  ------------------------------ Annetta Coleman ------------------------------

Mark - other than copying the entire App, what is the process to copy a table (including all fields and reports and forms) to another app?

If you go to the table home page under the old report type setting and use More ... there is an option to Copy Table.  It should let you specify a target application.  However you will not get any relationships.
