Qrew LegendAre you referring to a User Field type where the choices are specified in the field properties? You will not have much flexibility there. Have you considered making a table of Users and then having a field(s) on the form where you can use to limit the drop down choices when choosing a Related User field from a relationship?

If this is simple user field, there is very little flexibility for anything automatic based on Role.
