Create a formula date field to show the last time a meeting took place

If there is a Relationship where 1 Contract has Many Monthly Meetings, then you just navigate back to that Relationship and add a Summary field on the left side to Summarize the Maximum of the date field.  That would then be on the Contract Record and can be used on a report of contracts.
