Create field containing data from an in a form embedded report

Hi,
I have a report from a related table embedded on my form. It allows adding attendees to the activity (record=activity) from within the form.
I would need to list in an email notification the attendees selected in that report.
I've tried creating a formula field that grabs these names from the report link, but that didn't work.

    In the notification, use the "default" message option.

    When choosing a form to use, it might be best if you create a new form, with a new embedded report to only show the information you want to include.

    Do this by copying your current form, and then removing all the unneeded details.  
    If the standard "embedded" report is good enough, use that, otherwise you'll need to copy the embedded report and change as desired.
