Create Modal on hover
I have some (ok several) status fields that indicate the readiness of various parts of the project and would like to create a modal that will appear on hover and close when the mouse is off the field...

This may not be exactly what you are envisioning, but there was a part of a presentation at last year's Empower that covered fields expanding on hover. I have not tried it myself, but seemed like a cool trick that has stuck in my mind.
