Create week-by-week report using start and end date columns

I am trying to calculate forecast utilization based on project allocations/assignments.

I have a table where each row has a start and an end date and a % time. I want to report %time at a weekly level. For example, if someone is assigned 20% from 04/01 - 05/31, I want every week to show 20% and then week of 06/03 to show 0%.

    Where in your environment are you trying to display this? Is it a report within the same table? Or do you have a table set up to track each week for people? From how I'm interpreting your ask - my thinking is that you will need to set up a secondary table that will represent a unique point in time for each person. So you table would be something like 'People Weeks' that represent a unique week with a clearly defined start and end day (Sunday-Saturday for example) for each person - so you can store their % utilization week over week and be able to report for that time frame.
