Creating a form template that has some pre-selected tasks in it.

Question

I am creating a work order.&nbsp; I have the form set up, and it makes sense.
However, we have a series of tasks that are common; I want them to automatically be included in the form when the&nbsp; new work order is created.
Tasks already have their own app (see bottom picture)

I suggest having a table of standard tasks. These may be categorized by the Work Order Type.

Then you would have a pipeline which would trigger when a new Work Order is created and it would search through the qualifying standard tasks for that Work Order Type&nbsp; in on a For Each Loop, it would add a child task record to the Work Order which triggered the pipeline.&nbsp;&nbsp;------------------------------Mark Shnier (Your Quickbase Coach)mark.shnier@gmail.com------------------------------
