4 years agoAre you saying that you have a relationship where one Project has many Tasks and when all of the Tasks are completed then you want to mark the project is completed?

There is a relationship where one Project has many Tasks. I want to create a field that is checked if a certain task, not all tasks, is marked complete, but not checked if the task is still in progress.

Ok, we finally got there :). It was not clear from your original question that you had a second table involved.
no problem, just go to the Relationship between Projects and Tasks and make a Summary field on the relationship and choose the option
Whether there are any children related to that Parent
then include a filter like
where Task Name equals Budget Approved
