Creating an Automation wont let me choose a different table

Hello, 

I have built a great QB app that heavily depended on automations. I love this function. I copied my app to have a different application in my company. I am trying to add the automations identically back but if I choose "Add a record" it is only giving me 1 table to choose from and when I click on "Or add a record to a different table" nothing is happening and it is not showing me all of the tables. Is this a QB error or is there another way around it?
