Customize Form Tab Colors or Form Background without Javascript

Since IOL Javascripts will no longer function in Quickbase soon, how could I use Code Pages or similar to Customize Form Tab Colors or Form Background Colors?

I am fairly new to Code Pages and find them nearly a complete enigma.
