Dashboard

I have 3 widgets in top row of my Home Dashboard. Can I resize them? Right now, they are all 33 1/3%.  I need the first 2 to be 30% and the third one to be 40%.  I can't find a way to drag and resize.

  • It works how it works.

You get the left hand Sidebar with a a bit skinny, so don't forget that flexibility.  So aside from the sidebar, if is

One element it hogs the whole width.

Two elements you get either 50/50 or you can drag to be 66/33 or 33/66.

    Three elements is 33/33/33

  • Mike, you can also use a code page to add any number of charts and size them to your preference. You can then either use the code page as your landing site or add the code page to a dashboard. I did this with pie charts for an ergonomics visualization. You can read how here:

custom dashboard with many pie charts

And here is a screen shot of the end result:

Each of the pie charts id drilldown capable; it is nice to be able to drilldown with so many pie charts displayed.

The concept is simple, it is just an HTML page with a table and in the table you are placing iframes that show your reports, widgets, or other pages. This allows you flexibility in the number of rows, columns, and cells and also flexibility in sizing of those features. This looks great on desktop, but does not work so well on mobile.
