Date and time filter don't work on report view

Hi Everyone,

is anyone facing the issue when you try to filter report view for today date, it was working before but today if you select filter by today it will automatic select isempty for you even when you input today date as custom. it's still not working.

    I tried a couple different reports and different apps, but besides not being able to 'unfilter' when I select isEmpty I'm not getting the same issue. Does it happen specific to that one report or does it persist in multiple places?
