No, I highly doubt that there is a pre-built app that does inventory reservations by date. i have been thinking about this puzzle It might be able to done natively (ie without script), but I would have to give it some thought and if there was a way, it would be too complicated to explain on this forum. we would need to work one-on-one directly.
