Developer needed

We are a small company with one developer, me, and business is steadily growing. We are looking for someone to help with development tasks, backup admin, and another pair of eyes on existing apps. We want someone who can work on an as needed basis and prefer to work with the same person in hopes of creating a lasting partnership; added plus for us would be someone with industry knowledge of power and telecom survey and construction.
