Hey Cassie,
Try casting the stored phone number to a Rich Text formula field, something like:
// Phone Dialable (Formula - Rich Text)
"<a href=\"tel:" & [Phone] & "\">" & [Phone] &"</a>"
Basically, we are just creating an HTML link like we'd use on a website. Note, that it may behave differently on desktop vs. mobile.
