Difference in Automation Filters
So I was setting up an automation and a thought popped into my head.
What is the difference between these two setups:
and
It is obvious that one is the Work Order# (Unique record number) and the other is the Related Work Order, but in terms of how the automation will work, what is the significant difference?
The only time a note will be added is through opening the Work Order first, thus the note will always be related to the correct Work Order.
So wouldn't it be correct to say that the Work Order# and Related Work Order would always be the same and thus there really is not significant difference?
The line in the automation is used (and correct me if I am wrong) to ensure that when changes in the notes happen, the changes are made to the corresponding Work Order, based upon the Work Order#.
Is there a "more correct" way out of the two options? Is there a proper way to doing it?
Just curious ... thanks!!
