Different Ideas for Sorting and Grouping By Month Name
What different techniques do people use for sorting and grouping by month, but also having them in the correct order?
For example, I have a formula field that changes the month/year to January 2021, February 2021 etc. I would love to group and sort by that, but I can't or it will be in alphabetical order, not actual month sequence.
I typically end up using a field that is something like: 1.2021, 2.2021, etc.
I was wondering if other people have come up with any tricks. I did consider using rich text and putting 1,2,3,4 in the front using a white color text so it is essentially invisible.
