Display Box (Pop-up) once the user logs in
I want to display a message(Pop-up box with some message) to all users as soon as they login. how can i achieve this in my app?

That is not a natively possible.
But what I have done which seems to satisfy my clients is to let them create / edit a single record in Rich Text in a table with just one record. Then I show that one record as an embedded report on the dashboard.
So it can be used for announcements which change from time to time.
