Does anyone know of a good conversion tool to convert transportation related EDI formatted files to CSV format?

 I'm talking about what they call 210's and 310 and 315's.  I'm looking to receive these from transportation carriers (like ocean container forwarders), convert them to CSV format and then coax them ...

Interestingly I found that same hit when I googled.  I'm on the search for a tool (maybe that is the one) which can accept a file which maybe the carrier places in a dropbox, translates it to CSV and push it into a dropbox for QuickBase to pick up..
