Does anyone know of a good conversion tool to convert transportation related EDI formatted files to CSV format?

 I'm talking about what they call 210's and 310 and 315's.  I'm looking to receive these from transportation carriers (like ocean container forwarders), convert them to CSV format and then coax them ...
