Dynamic Filter in Report Based on Summary Field

Hello, I have created a summary field based on a table to table relationship based on a combined text function and I would like to use it on a report that I would like to create but it is not allow...

If you have a Combined Text Summary field and want to use it as a Dynamic Filter, then make a new field  of type Formula Multi Select Text (which will be eligible as a Dynamic Filter) and the formula is

Split(ToText([My Combined Text Summary field]))
