Dynamic Filters in New Beta (Feedback)

I've been playing with the new style Beta. and while there is some to like, there is some to not like. While Clicking on Filters and then filtering on the column can be helpful, I sometimes need...

The New table report experience is still being worked on, and they will be providing an answer for Dynamic Filters for columns not on the report.  Not sure about the blank issue - that is a good one.
