Currently there aren't any log functions to pull up how many notifications, subscriptions, and reminders are going out to a specific email address. It does just require that email addresses be logged from the notifications they are included in. If you feel this would be a beneficial feature in Quick Base, I would encourage you to submit feedback regarding this via our Feedback Platform - UserVoice - Which can most easily be accessed from the My Apps page in Quick Base by clicking on the orange Feedback tab or at

Audit logging for Accounts is an initiative that our PD team focused on Admin enablement is actively working on and we are still collecting suggestions for how these logs can be enhanced to be of greater use to our users and this is an example of a use case that could be helpful to include. If you do create a user voice for this request I would also suggest posting a link back to it here so that other Community members that share your need can also vote with their support.
